In order to meet these requirements, we can carry out many repairs at our headquarters in Kirchanschöring and thus significantly extend the life cycle of your beloved shoes. We have always offered this service to our customers and will continue to do so in the future.

Your Meindl specialist dealer is the right contact person for questions relating to repairs and service. Especially when it comes to individual requirements or consulting services, the experience and personal support provided by our dealers is irreplaceable.

The specialist dealer is also available to you in the event of complaints and will inform you about the duration and processing. The retailer also takes care of handling and communication with the Meindl service department. In any case, within the 24-month warranty period, you must handle complaints with the retailer from whom you bought the shoes.
